Essence Monae Cosmetics is not responsible for lost or stolen packages after delivery has been confirmed. 

We take full responsibility for your products when they are in our care. The shipping courier is 100% responsible once your package is dispatched & we do not control the method in which your items are delivered. Any lost, damaged, or stolen packages must be filed with the carrier.
